The planned 3-day trial does not require a card and ends automatically. Invited testers are not charged. Subscriptions are not open yet.

How to request it

Email hello@joindscpln.com with your order number and purchase email. Send your request no later than 14 days after the first subscription payment date shown on your receipt. You don’t need to stop using DSCPLN before contacting us.

What happens next

We verify the order and arrange a full refund through the payment provider to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank; we confirm when the refund has been issued.

A full refund ends paid DSCPLN access. Your data is not automatically deleted: you can still export it or delete your DSCPLN account from account controls. Deleting an account does not request a refund. Cancel the subscription separately to stop future renewals; contact support if you need help.

Your rights

This voluntary guarantee is additional to any mandatory consumer rights. It does not limit remedies available under applicable law or the payment provider’s applicable terms.
